Need help? Our SYS AI-Assistant is available 24/7 in the Intercom chat to assist with common support topics like logging in, tracking permission requests, or getting answers from our Help Center.

What You’ll See When You Open the Chat

When you open the Intercom widget, you’ll be greeted by the SYS AI-Assistant and offered the following options:

  1. Check the status of my access request

  2. Ask a different question

  3. Talk to a support team member

Click on one of the options or simply type your question to get started.


What Each Option Does

Check the status of my access request

  • The SYS AI-Assistant will ask for your Access Request ID received via email .

  • Once entered, it will check the current status directly from SYS.

  • If the status isn’t available (due to system issues or incorrect ID), the bot will let you know or you can escalate your request to the support team.

Ask a different question

  • You can ask anything related to SYS – such why am I getting error 403 or how to Submit a Request for Report Creation. The SYS AI-Assistant pulls answers from our Intercom Help Center.

  • New help articles are added regularly, so the chatbot’s knowledge and accuracy will keep improving over time.

Talk to a support team member

  • Not finding what you need? Just click this option to be connected to our support team. Your request will be routed to the team, and you’ll receive a response during working hours.

Tips for a Smooth Chat Experience

  • Have your Request ID ready if you're asking about permission or access requests.

  • Ask clear questions for faster and more accurate responses.

  • Use the chat anytime – your current session will stay open until your issue is resolved.
