A Step-by-Step Guide to Logging In: Troubleshooting and Tips

Logging in to your account is the first step to accessing all the features and benefits of our platform. However, sometimes users encounter issues during the login process. In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to successfully log in and provide troubleshooting tips for common login problems.
Section 1: Accessing the Login Form
Visit our platform https://sms.gus.global.
Click on “Login with your GUS Account.”
Section 2: Entering Your Login Credentials
Type your Microsoft 365 email and password. To access SMS, please ensure that you have access to your GUS Microsoft 365 credentials. Your email for accessing SYS should be under one of the following domains, UCW and UNFC team members should already have GUS global accounts assigned:

2. You will be prompted on screen to authenticate your login attempt using the Microsoft Authenticator app when signing into SMS.

If you are unable to log in to your Microsoft 365 account, please visit
https://selfservice.gus.global/ to reset your password.
If you do not have a GUS MS365 account, please contact the Technical Support Service Desk at TechSupport@gus.global.
If you are still unable to access your account, you can temporarily log in using the previous method by clicking the "Standard SMS Login (Using Username and Password)" link as highlighted below.
