Hi there, Newcomer Lecturer!

I have some helpful tips for you as you prepare to start your lectures on campus.

  • Before getting started, please ensure that you have access to the system. If you encounter any issues with your credentials, please reach out to TechSupport@gus.global for assistance.

  • If you require access to the registers, you can request access through the following procedure: https://sms.gus.global/admin/request_access. Remember that your request will need approval from Monika Kaletova or Ashley Hards before we can provide you with the necessary access.

Please note that the approval process may take some time. Once approved and granted, we will keep you informed of the updates.

  • Once you have access to your registers and lessons, you will be able to mark attendance for the students. If you have a lesson scheduled for today but see ‘No results’ in the Registers, please contact your manager to ensure that you are assigned as the lecturer for the lesson.

If you are affiliated with BSBI and LCCA, you will find the lesson details in Registers on the day of the lesson itself. When you log in and access Registers, you will see a picture below where you can edit your information.

When you login and click on the Registers, you will see the below picture and will be able to edit your registers:

To view all Registers for the day, you may need to request additional permissions through the access request page: https://sms.gus.global/admin/request_access.

Info: Only the admins from the admission team can have the access to see all Registers, whereas regular lecturers only have access to their own lessons.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us through the chat feature.

Wishing you a wonderful day ahead!
