Want to manage thank-you message notifications for your Snackmagic gift orders? You can easily manage this setting from your Sent Treats dashboard. This guide walks you through how to turn Thank You Messages on or off for your orders.

How To Manage Thank-You Messages for Your Orders:
š Access Sent Treats
At the top of the Snackmagic homepage, click on your profile icon.
Look for the drop-down button next to My Snackmagic. Click on it to reveal a list of options.
From the drop-down options, click on SENT TREATS.

šLocate and Open Your Order
Locate the order you want to update and click VIEW STATUS.
šTurn Thank You Messages On or Off
Scroll to the lower-right section of the order status page.
Find the Thank You Messages setting.
Use the toggle to turn the setting off if you don't want to receive thank-you message notifications.
To receive thank-you message notifications again, simply toggle the setting on.
Look for the confirmation message in the top-right corner of the screen. This confirms that your notification preference has been updated.

You can change this preference whenever you need to. If you turn Thank You Messages off, you can return to the same order status page and turn the setting back on at any time.
