We do NOT offer full or partial refunds for any SnackSack subscription or gift plan, nor do we accept returned snacks. If your prepaid subscription has already started (3, 6, & 12 months), we do NOT offer refunds for remaining months. 

Please note, we do have a 7 day renewal cancellation policy. This means, if your subscription renewed, and you didn't want it to, please contact us within 7 days of the renewal, and we will reverse the charge. We try our best to be as transparent as possible. Remember, all eligible subscriptions automatically renew on the 25th of every month.

If an issue presents itself where we made a mistake, we'll gladly make things right. We 100% stand by our product from the time it leaves our facility to arriving at your doorstep. Just send us an email to support@snacksack.com if you have any questions or concerns.
