Very rarely does it happen, but sometimes a few things can cause your SnackSack to be returned to sender. Here they are:

  1. Unable to deliver to address provided, commonly an incorrect address.
  2. Package refused by recipient. 
  3. Multiple failed delivery attempts. 

If your SnackSack is being returned to us by USPS, please reach out to us via email at support@snacksack.com. As soon as we receive it, we'll relabel your delivery and resend it. You may be responsible for a $7 shipping fee for all returned packages. Please confirm your shipping address within your account portal (https://www.snacksack.com/customer/login), plus on your original welcome receipt that is emailed to you immediately after signing up.
