Very rarely does it happen, but sometimes a few things can cause your SnackSack to be returned to sender. Here they are:

  1. Unable to deliver to address provided, commonly an incorrect address.
  2. Package refused by recipient. 
  3. Multiple failed delivery attempts. 

If your SnackSack is being returned to us, please reach out to us via our conversation chat, or support@snacksack.com. As soon as we receive it, we'll relabel your delivery and resend it. You will be responsible for a $7 shipping fee for all returned packages. With that said, please confirm your delivery address within your account portal (https://www.snacksack.com/customer/login), plus on your original welcome receipt that is emailed to you immediately after signing up.
