Very rarely does it happen, but sometimes a few things can cause your SnackSack to be returned to sender. Here they are:
- Unable to deliver to address provided, commonly an incorrect address.
- Package refused by recipient.
- Multiple failed delivery attempts.
If your SnackSack is being returned to us, please reach out to us via our conversation chat, or firstname.lastname@example.org. As soon as we receive it, we'll relabel your delivery and resend it. You will be responsible for a $7 shipping fee for all returned packages. With that said, please confirm your delivery address within your account portal (https://www.snacksack.com/customer/login), plus on your original welcome receipt that is emailed to you immediately after signing up.
