From the Snakker™ login page, select the "Forgot password?" wording at the bottom of the screen.

Enter the email address associated with your Snakker™ account.

Select the "Forgot password" button.

Check your mailbox for a reset email. This may land in your Spam or Junk folder.

Follow the instructions.
