🟢 To get started, log into these in separate windows or tabs:

  • Shopify Store

  • Facebook/Meta Business Suite


How-To: Set up CAPI Video 📽 Tutorial:


Step 1.

Log into your Shopify store


Step 2.

On the left side Shopify menu under 'Sales Channels', make sure you have 'Facebook'

🚫 'Facebook Shop' is no longer supported 🚫


Step 3.

Once installed, click on 'Facebook' and then click, 'Settings'.

> Click on the tab that says, 'Data sharing settings'.


Step 4.

Scroll all the way down and under 'Choose Level', select 'Maximum'.


Step 5.

NOTE: You want to use your store's active Pixel, not the Pixel that's marked "- Snappic Pixel". If your Pixel ID isn't already connected, you will see your Pixels and you want to connect with your active Pixel. Then click 'Connect'.


Step 6.

Compare your Pixel ID from Shopify and Facebook Business Manager and make sure they match.
