What is the Retargeting Feed tab all about?

Click the Retargeting Feed tab to see your Instagram Posts and Product Catalog:

How your Instagram posts and Personalized Retargeting Campaign Interact

  • When you click on the Instagram Posts tab, you'll see your posts, and if you hover over an image you'll see an Add Product button.

  • If you click on the Add Product button you can add the product that's featured in that Instagram post.

  • If you add the product to that post, the image in the post will be used instead of the product catalog image in your Retargeting Campaign, and the “Use most recently tagged image” will be checked in the Product Catalog tab section, unless you uncheck it to use the product catalog image instead.

  • We find that lifestyle images help Retargeting Campaigns perform better.

How your Product Catalog is connected to your Personalized Retargeting Campaign

  • In your Retargeting Campaign the ads are customized for each visitor. For example, if a customer looks at {Product X}, then they'll get an ad with {Product X}. If they look at another item, they'll get an ad for that. Everything is completely dynamic.

  • If you don’t tag an image in your Instagram Posts then the image that’s shown in your Retargeting Campaign will be the first product image on your website or the image you see here in your Product Catalog.

  • If the “Use most recently tagged image” box is checked, it will use the product catalog image or an Instagram Post image that’s been tagged.
