Learn how product shipping regions affect what customers see in your store

Where We Ship

We ship globally, but all products are not available in every country.


Check Your Dashboard

When viewing your Store, each product will have a label to indicate where it ships. Look for a label that says has one of the following: US, EU, UK, India, and/or World-wide.

Finding Products for Specific Areas

  • When adding new items
    Use "Filter by Region" to see only products available in certain areas.

  • When viewing your store from the Dashboard
    Select "Search for a country" to see what recipients in a specific country will see

How Recipients See Shipping Options

  • When recipients visit your store, we automatically detect their location and show a flag at the top, where they'll only see products we ship to their country.

  • If their location is wrong, they can change their shipping country by clicking the flag. As a reminder, they will only see items that are available for the selected country.

Unsupported Countries

At this time, we are unable to ship to the following countries:

Afghanistan, Belarus, Burma, Central African Republic, Comoros, Cuba, Equatorial Guinea, Falklands, Guinea Bissau, Iran, Johnston Island, Kiribati, Mayotte Island, Myanmar, Nauru, North Korea, Niue, Russia, Saint Pierre, Miquelon, Sao Tome & Principe, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, St. Helena, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tokelau Islands, Turkmenistan, Turkey, Tuvalu, Wake Islands, and Yemen
