Be still

Written by Heidi M

Sometimes stillness is not stagnation, but preparation. To pause is not to abandon growth, but to gather the clarity and strength needed for the next step. Movement without reflection can scatter our energy, but stillness, when purposeful, allows us to see more clearly where we must go. The difference lies in intention: stagnation resists change, while stillness prepares for it. - Charles O’Neal, Sober Sidekick.
