1. Use the Help Desk (in Chats — the circle above Profile), or
2. Go to Profile > Settings (upper right-hand corner) and select Contact Support.
Type your question in the message bar, send it, and we will get back to you ASAP.
*NOTE: It is possible that ai will answer you, you can ignore it and someone will be with you in a bit, or you can try to get what you need from ai.*
