Clutterers Anonymous (CLA)

Written by Heidi M

Clutterers Anonymous is a Twelve Step fellowship for people who struggle with cluttering, disorganization, or difficulty letting go of possessions. Members may find that clutter affects their living space, relationships, peace of mind, or ability to manage everyday tasks. The fellowship provides a supportive setting to explore these patterns and work toward manageable changes.

Members share experiences, work through the Twelve Steps, and support one another in establishing routines and making decisions about possessions. The emphasis is on gradual progress, personal responsibility, and learning from others rather than achieving perfection. Meetings can help members feel less isolated and approach their living environments with greater clarity and support.
