Due to changes in state law (HB 1052), sweepstakes-style gameplay will no longer be permitted in Indiana effective July 1st, 2026.
Gold coin packages can still be purchased for safe and compliant entertainment, though will not include any Sweeps Coins rewards. Any mail-in requests dated after July 1 2026 will not be credited.
From this date, accounts located in Indiana will be able to log in and redeem any eligible Sweeps Coins but you will be unable to continue to play using Sweeps Coins or to participate in promotions.
If you enjoy the games offered by SpinQuest, you will still be able to play in Indiana using Gold Coins for safe and compliant entertainment, receiving a Regional Availability Notice at checkout informing you that your selecting package will only include Gold Coins.
