We’ve added a new two-factor authentication (2FA) feature. When prompted at login, simply enter the verification code sent to your registered email address.
Logging in with 2FA
Enter your username and password as usual.
A pop-up will confirm that a 6-digit verification code has been sent to your registered email address.
Open the email from SpinQuest and enter the code to finish logging in.
Prefer a text message? Click the link below the verification section to receive your code on your phone instead.
What if my code doesn’t work?
If you see an invalid code message:
Wait for the countdown to reach zero, then request a new code.
Check your email or phone, depending on your selected delivery method.
Enter the new code. Make sure you’re using the most recent code you received.
