If you have a Facebook page (or pages) that aren't showing up inside of MSGHero, this article will help you troubleshoot the issue.

First Option

Step 1: Log into MSGHero and hover over your profile picture in the top right corner of your MSGHero account,
Step 2: Click on "Integrations".
Step 3: Click on the orange "Reconnect" button next to your connected Facebook account.
Step 4: Accept ALL permissions it requests (Facebook may request you enter your password again after accepting the permissions).

If you're still having issues with your pages not appearing, please scroll down below to where you see the following:

If your page says 'Subscribe' next to it - click that button. This will subscribe your Facebook page to MSGHero and should solve your issue. If it says 'Unsubscribe' next to it (as indicated by the red circle and red arrow above), please follow the second option below:

Second Option (Try this is the steps above don't work)

Step 1: Ensure you are logged into the same Facebook account that is integrated with MSGHero. Then go to the following page: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools

This page will show you all the apps that are integrated with your Facebook account.

Step 2: Please remove the MSGHero app from this page. To do this, you'll need to select the checkbox next to the MSGHero app and then click "Remove" as shown below.

Step 3: Log back into MSGHero and hover over your profile picture in the top right corner of your MSGHero account.
Step 4: Click on "Integrations".
Step 5: Click on the orange "Reconnect" button next to your connected Facebook account.
Step 6: Accept ALL permissions it requests (Facebook may request you enter your password again after accepting the permissions).

You'll be redirected to the MSGHero dashboard and your campaigns should now be working! 🙌
