We added the ability for Crowd Managers to deactivate members from crowds they manage.
We added a new icon type to the campaign processing dropdown to make it clearer when a campaign has processed, has not processed, and has only partially completed its processing window.
Adding loading spinners when users add or remove crowds to campaigns.
Added a filter to include or remove any deactivated members from the Crowd view. Note that the default state will hide all deactivated members.
Added some visual clarity when data is null in the Metrics screen of a campaign
Bug fixes addressing member names not displaying in the confirmation screen when gifting, as well as an issue where Redemption Limit labeling was incorrect.
We removed the Campaign Progress screen from Birthday and Anniversary campaign types as these screens were no longer relevant for these campaign types.

We have improved the processing speed and performance for a subset of our campaign types, specifically Birthday campaigns.
We have created a new internal tool to help customers spin up new metrics to track for their campaigns. This tool will eventually become a customer-facing one where you will be able to, from within social crowd, create new metrics to associate your campaigns to!
A number of a bug fixes:
Managers can now once again access the Member Properties tab on a crowd.
Fixed an issue where points on the leaderboard were displaying incorrectly after clicking on certain page elements.
Managers and participants are now also able to view campaign filtering options to more easily navigate their campaigns.
Managers are now able to sort the Role columns on crowds

We've released a new campaign type: Step Campaigns! Reach out to Customer Success today to set up a new Step Campaign.
Step campaigns allow you to set targets that can continually reward your employees with infinite targets.
Check out the video below to see a sample Step Campaign that rewards employees points for the first 5 drinks sold, then rewards continuously after that for every 10 drinks sold.
You can now gift, send announcements, and make campaign entries for participants directly from the Leaderboard screen in the campaign! No more going back to the Crowd, now these actions are right where you need them.
In the date selector drop down on the campaign view, we have added icons to more easily see which earning windows have been processed and which have not.
When making a new custom reward for your organization, it will now display which fields are required.

We now allow for filtering and sorting on the Campaigns screen so you can quickly find campaigns you’re looking for.
The “Download CSV” button has been added to most tables throughout the app.
Note: Campaign Leaderboard tables are not yet supported at this time, you can only export CSVs when you expand partipant progress
