SocialCrowd allows its customers to leverage integrations to power and automate their campaigns. Whether setting up your organization with SocialCrowd, integrating a new store, or starting a new campaign, it's easy to get up and running with a Skytab integration.
Step 1: Finding Your MerchantID
In order to connect your SkyTab POS to SocialCrowd, we will need what's called a MerchantID. This can easily be found when you log in to your SkyTab account by looking at the top-right of your screen.
Important Note:
MerchantIDs are specific to your locations, so for each location you want to connect to SocialCrowd you will need to give us your MerchantID.
This can be done by clicking on the "v" arrow next to your MerchantID in the top-right of your screen. You should then see a dropdown of each of your SkyTab locations, each of which will have its own MerchantID.
Step 2: Submitting an Install Request
Once you've found your MerchantIDs, you can work with the SocialCrowd customer success team and they will get your integration started.
The integration will not be completed, however, until we also receive what's called an Install Request. In order to do this, you will need to click the Marketplace button on your side navigation. The Marketplace button can be found below "Devices" and above "Settings."
Once you are in the marketplace, scroll down and find SocialCrowd. Once you've found it click the View Details button. From there you will see the SocialCrowd app and the main button on the page will say Request Install.
Once you click this button you'll be prompted to submit a short form and upon completing that form, the SocialCrowd team and app will work their magic to connect your SkyTab POS!
You will know you're connected when the Request Install button in the marketplace changes to say Manage (see the image above).
Important Note:
Just like before where we need a MerchantID for each location, we also need an install request for each location, so please make sure that for each location you want integrated you are submitting an install request.
