NOTE: Editing participant earning eligibility is a feature only visible to admins and crowd managers.
Navigate to the "Crowds" tab.

Click into the crowd with the participant(s) you wish to edit.

Once inside the crowd, you can click the earning eligibility status bubble next to a user.

If the user is currently Active, this popup will appear, alerting you that hitting "Confirm" will pause them.

Once a user is paused, the bubble will change to orange and say "Paused" to denote that they are paused and not currently able to earn points in ANY campaign this particular crowd is assigned to.
To unpause a user, you can simply click on the Paused bubble.

This will again open a popup window, this time alerting you that hitting Confirm will unpause the participant.
