Click the "Rewards" tab in the left menu bar.

Click the custom rewards tab, in this example titled "Company Swag Store".

Click "Admin" to change to the Admin view for custom rewards.

Click the gear icon to the right of the Add Custom Reward button.

This will bring up the below popup, which will show Reward Manager(s) to the left, and Redemption History to the right, where you can see all the custom rewards that have been redeemed. There are various ways to filter and search, and you can export the results as well.
