Cick "Crowds" in the left menu bar.

Choose the Crowd you want to send a message and/or announcement in.

To send a direct message, click the 3-dot menu to the left of a user's picture.

Click the "Message Participant" option.

A message box will popup, allowing you to enter the message to this user, with checkboxes below for whether you want to send it as an email, a text message, or both.

To send an announcement to ALL members in this crowd, click the "Actions" button in the top right.

Click the "Send Announcement" option.

A message box will popup, allowing you to enter the announcement message to be sent to ALL members of this crowd, with checkboxes below for whether you want to send it as an email, a text message, or both.
