Completing a Challenge Manually
Access the Ambassador's Profile
Navigate to Ambassador Management → Ambassador List in the Portal.
User the Filter to search for the ambassador by name or email.
Open the selected ambassador's profile.
View Challenges
Complete the Challenge
Extending a Challenge Deadline
Locate the Challenge to Extend
Follow the steps from the "Completing a Challenge Manually" section to access the ambassador's profile.
Identify the challenge you want to extend and click Extend Challenge.
