Why Customize Challenge Categories?

Custom challenge categories ensure:

  • A clean, organized ambassador dashboard.

  • Categories tailored to specific challenges or branding requirements.

  • Better visibility and navigation for ambassadors, increasing participation.

Setting Up and Customizing Challenge Categories

  1. Access Challenge Categories

    Navigate to the Settings Account Settings → Challenge Categories in the Branding settings tab.

  2. Customize Categories and Buttons

    Create or edit challenge categories by assigning:

    • Category Name: The title ambassadors will see for each category.

    • Button Style: Customize button colors, shapes, and icons to match your brand theme.

    • Visibility: Decide which categories will be visible to ambassadors based on program needs.

    Tip: Categories that align with specific themes (e.g., "Holiday Promotions" or "Monthly Challenges") can drive more focused engagement.

  3. Organize Categories

    Arrange categories in a logical order for ambassadors by dragging and dropping them into the preferred sequence.
