Introduction

  • Purpose: This article provides guidance on how to create and manage response templates for reviewing ambassador challenge submissions, ensuring a consistent and efficient feedback process.

  • Context: Response templates allow reviewers to save time and maintain uniformity by predefining messages for approving, rejecting, or partially approving ambassador submissions.

Accessing and Creating Response Templates

  1. Navigate to Response Templates:

    • Go to Settings  Account Settings Advanced → Response Templates.

  2. Creating a New Template:

    • Click Create Template and complete the following fields:

      • Name: Assign a clear internal title for the template.

      • Description: Write the feedback message ambassadors will see, such as the reasons for approval or rejection.

      • Action: Select the appropriate action for the template

        • Approve

        • Reject

        • Partially Approve

  3. Save the Template:

    • Once all fields are filled, click Save to finalize the template for future use.

Using Response Templates

When reviewing ambassador submissions:

  1. Select the appropriate response template in the challenge review interface.

  2. The predefined message will populate, allowing you to provide feedback instantly.

Best Practices/Tips

  • Use clear, concise language in the Description field to ensure ambassadors understand your feedback.

  • Regularly update templates to reflect changes in program standards or submission criteria.
