Over the past month, we’ve been upgrading SocialLadder’s reporting infrastructure to support faster refreshes and even more powerful insights. As part of that work, you may have noticed reports were refreshing once every 24 hours — a temporary adjustment while we finalized these improvements.

We’re excited to share that the revamp is complete — and hourly data refreshes are back!

But that’s not all. We’ve also introduced a new report, enhanced our self-service tools, and are offering a free trial of our customizable reporting features to help you create custom reports built around your goals.

🔁 Reports now refresh hourly again

We’ve re-enabled hourly refreshes for your SocialLadder reports, which means you’re getting data that’s much closer to real-time. No more waiting overnight to see if that recent campaign moved the needle—you can check in regularly and watch your results unfold throughout the day.


🚀 A new foundation for faster, simpler reporting

We recently launched a brand-new set of data models behind our reports. This might sound technical, but the benefit is simple: it makes your reports more reliable, responsive, and easier to understand.

The previous models supported a lot of flexibility, which was helpful for some advanced use cases—but could make basic analysis feel harder than it needed to be. The new models take a streamlined approach, built around clear business concepts, so you can focus more on the insights and less on figuring out the structure.


📊 Customizable reporting is easier than ever

If you've ever wanted to customize your own charts, apply specific filters, or build a report tailored to your team’s needs, our customizable reporting experience is now much easier to work with.

Thanks to the new simplified data foundation, building custom reports is now more intuitive. You can move faster, make fewer errors, and explore data more freely—without needing to be a power user.

📈 Introducing the new Ambassador Performance Summary report

We’re also excited to introduce a brand-new report: the Ambassador Performance Summary.

Quick stats on the health of your community are now right at your finger tips.

This report brings together both high-level program metrics and ambassador-specific data into one easy-to-read view. You’ll find:

  • Overall program ROI for the selected time period

  • Conversion units and value

  • Earned Media Value (EMV)

  • Cost metrics and customer acquisition cost (CAC)

  • Daily performance trends

  • Ambassador-level breakdowns by activity and impact

It’s perfect for a quick health check on your ambassador community—and makes it easier to share results with your team or stakeholders.

You’ll find the Ambassador Performance Summary under your Reports tab in the dashboard.


👀 Why Some Reports May Look Slightly Different

As we shift to these new models and updated templates, you might notice slight differences in results when comparing older and newer reports — especially for filtered views or date-specific breakdowns.

These changes reflect improved modeling and display logic — ensuring metrics are cleaner and more aligned across the board. If anything looks off or unexpected, we’re always happy to help walk through the differences.

This update is just the beginning. Now that we’ve upgraded our reporting infrastructure, we’ll be able to deliver new insights, metrics, and dashboards faster than ever. More improvements are already in the works—stay tuned!
