How to Add a Unique Link to the Ambassador Dashboard

This guide walks you through displaying custom links on the Ambassador Dashboard.

  • Purpose: This article describes how to add unique links to the ambassador profile so ambassadors can share with their followers.

  • Context: If you have a unique conversion page assigned to each ambassador, you can place it on the ambassador dashboard for quick reference. You can manually attribute conversion to the ambassador using this information. There are different ways of providing this information depending on the recruiting method.

Step 1 - Enable Promo Codes

  1. On the SL Admin Portal, click on Settings → Account Settings → Advanced Settings

  2. Go to the Conversions Section and edit these options:

    1. Toggle on “Allow links for promo code”

    2. Toggle off “Automatically Capitalize promo codes”

    3. Toggle on “Show Promocode to Ambassadors”

  3. Hit Save on the top right corner of the page.

Step 2 - Upload Link to Ambassador Profile

Method A) Direct Invite

  1. Follow the steps of this tutorial.

  2. If single invite, add the link to the Promo Code Field.

  3. If bulk inviting, add the link to the column Promo Code.

Method B) Manually Adding to Ambassador Profile

  1. Click on Ambassador Management → Ambassador List

  2. Search the ambassador and click on it.

  3. Go to the Promo Code field and paste the link.

  4. Hit Update.

After you update it, the link will be displayed on the ambassador dashboard.
