How to Download the Community by SocialLadder App

Introduction

Purpose: Learn how to download the Community by SocialLadder
Context: The Community by SocialLadder app brings the ambassador experience to your mobile device. From the app, they can complete challenges, track rewards, and connect with the ambassador community—all in one place. They’ll also receive push notifications with important updates about the program.
The app is available on both the App Store and Google Play under the name Community by SocialLadder.

The Ambassador must have been accepted or directed invited to the Community and have already registered to the Ambassador Program. It is not possible to register for the Ambassador program through the App.
The ambassador must scan a QR code from the Ambassador Dashboard to log in for the first time.

Log into the SL Ambassador Dashboard using your browser.
Go to Settings.
Scroll down the page and Click Connect Your Device.
On your mobile phone, scan the QR code that appears on your screen.
This will prompt you to download the app called Community by SocialLadder.
Once downloaded, open the app.
The app will ask you to scan the QR code again from the Settings page in your Dashboard.
A verification code will be sent to your email or phone.
Enter the code in the app.

✅ You’re in! You now have access to your Ambassador Dashboard directly from your mobile device.

Problem: I downloaded the app, but it asks me to log in using Facebook, TikTok, or Instagram. When I try, I get an error.
- Solution: Make sure you are downloading the correct app called Community by SocialLadder (iOS / Android). The Community App by SocialLadder does not require a social media login. Ambassadors must scan a QR code on the Ambassador Dashboard settings to log in for the first time.
