Survey challenges are challenges that prompt a user with a question, to which there are multiple choices. Unlike a Quiz challenge, these challenges prompt the user with a question that is a matter of opinion, they have no correct answer. Users receive points for any answer they select.
Survey Challenge Overview
Survey challenges are often not worth as many points as other challenges that require posts on social media, distributing physical promotions, etc. They are very useful for gathering data from your users and getting feedback as to what they want out of your brand. (ex. “What item from our spring clothing line are you most excited for?”) Survey challenges can also be very useful as a small challenge to publish during a lull when you want to drum up user engagement.
