The Hosted By SocialLadder experience allows the creators to access their ambassador dashboard from a page hosted by SocialLadder. In this experience, you do not need to integrate anything onto your existing website. You may still choose to have a link to the hosted page on your website, or the ambassadors will need to Bookmark the hosted URL on their own to access their dashboard. The branding of the hosted experience can be configured. These pages are hosted by SocialLadder. Brands can choose to send the link to Ambassadors by email or link it on their website for use.

You can provide simple branding logos and text or provide an entire HTML page from your design team. More information on the HTML page can be found here.

It's important to understand the flow for new ambassadors applying to and entering your system. First, you will need to make sure you have the required applications for your area set up properly. Users apply for the ambassador application after filling out the required information. This page is hosted by SocialLadder. After they are accepted, They will receive a link to a SocialLadder hosted page to create a password to login. Then they will either receive a link via email to access the dashboard.

If you previously had a website or were using a different brand ambassador management platform for your business, it's important to make sure that your ambassador information is carried over to your new site as well as with SocialLadder. Understanding how this flow works is important for the smooth transition of your users.

For existing ambassadors in your system that we are migrating over to SocialLadder, an Invitation with Parameter link is sent in an email to the user. This parameterized link redirects users to existing user applications which asks users to fill out necessary information about their migration. Once they successfully submit, They are redirected to the password creation page. After this, They receive a welcome email with a link to login and view their profile. This link can be bookmarked by the user or linked on the website.
