New Behavior: Open Message from Notification View
Improved navigation from notifications so users land on the exact message reliably. When opening from “View,” the page shows a focused “Loading Message” state (hiding room headers) and, if the post isn’t in the recent list, it fetches that specific message directly. If the message was deleted, the user sees a clear notice. The back button restores the standard view, and normal behavior remains unchanged when accessing the community via the tab.

Automatically Send Invoice Through Email
When a payment batch is locked, the system automatically emails designated recipients a secure, time-limited link to download the batch’s invoice PDF. New Feature | Conversion Bonus challenge
You can now create a new challenge to compensate ambassadors for their referral sales, defining goals with incentives according to their performance in the period of the challenge.
The Conversion Bonus will work along with our current commission system, acting as extra compensation.
So let's say you want to give an extra 1% commission to ambassadors who sell $500 in January. If they go beyond and sell $1,000 the commission turns into 3%. Finally, those who are capable of selling at least $2,000 will receive 5% of the total sales. That's what this challenge will look like to ambassadors:
They'll be compensated, by the end of the challenge, according to the best-ranked goal they achieve.
New Feature | Complete Action challenge
Now, you can create customized integrations to track actions that ambassadors make outside of SocialLadder's platform, such as in your app or website.
This tracking system, along with our new Complete Action challenge, allows you to define how many times you want the ambassador to perform a specific action or group of actions until they receive a prize for that.
Let's say ambassadors can leave comments on your website, talking about your products, and you want to reward them the first time they write a review. Now you can do that!
Let's say you have a group of product engagement actions with things such as: comment, like, and share. You could also have a challenge that rewards people that complete these actions 5 times, regardless if they commented 5 times, or liked 3 products and shared 2.

To make a clear distinction between the tags added by SocialLadder and the ones added by you, we're creating the concept of system tags, which will have their own space on the tag management page, the ability to be filtered out, and a different look & feel across the platform - with a bluish background.
Finally, we're also adding details of a tag when you hover it, so the UI is cleaner and still informative.
Ability to override commissions on Shopify by tagging products
You can now override commissions for a large number of products in Shopify by adding them to a tag in Shopify. You can then setup new override commissions for all the products under the product tag.

Ability to limit countries on Ambassador Application
We can now set up ambassador applications to be accessible to only ambassadors in selected countries.
Note: If this option is not selected. The application will be available to all countries by default.

Challenge Categories
Challenges are now automatically grouped into Categories by type on the ambassador dashboard to make them easier to navigate. These categories can be customized on the admin portal.

Shopify Returns
Customers using our Shopify Integration for conversion tracking now have two options for handling returns.
Realtime Returns - In this model, sales made in Shopify will attribute to ambassadors immediately. They will receive points / compensation onto their account as soon as the sale is made. Similarly, if a return is made, the points / compensation will be updated on the ambassador's profile immediately
Delayed Attribution - In this model, sales made in Shopify will not be attributed to ambassadors immediately. Instead, they will be delayed until after the return window is complete. Any returns that happen within this return window will be updated into SocialLadder. Once the return window is complete, the final points / compensation will be attributed to the ambassador's profile.
Embedded Integration Generator
When installing the ambassador dashboard in an embedded or SSO experience, admins can now pull the preconfigured code directly out of their admin portal to make installations as easy as copy and paste.
Payout Wallet Available In Dashboard
Paying your ambassadors just got a whole lot simpler. Your ambassadors no longer require an SMS number to be paid. When paying your ambassadors they will receive a link which will be sent via SMS or Email (depending on their notification preferences) and will also be made available directly inside of their dashboard

Ability to collect phone number from existing ambassadors
Admins can not collect phone numbers from ambassadors on their next login if they previously were not required to collect phone numbers but now would like to collect them.

Changes to Ambassador Slide Out Country and State selection
When editing an ambassador's address from the Admin Portal, Country is now a drop down to select a country instead of a free text field. The State field is also now a drop down to select a state based on the Country selected instead of a free text field.
Support for identical SKUs for Shopify rewards
When using Shopify Fulfillment as the redemption option for rewards, SocialLadder now supports cases where multiple items have the same SKU within Shopify and will allow you to select the specific product with that SKU to connect to this reward.
