Introduction
This article explains the methods for recruiting ambassadors to your program, whether through an application process or a direct invitation. It provides clear instructions on managing each method for a seamless recruitment experience.
Application to Join an Ambassador Program
- Complete the Application Form 
 Ambassadors fill out a form with the following:- Basic Details: Email, phone number, address. 
- Additional Questions: College, social media profiles, or any other brand-specific requirements. - Editing Required Details: To customize the form fields, navigate to Account Settings → Settings → Manage Applications. 
 
 
 
- Review Stage - Submitted applications appear under the Review Applicants/Pending tab for evaluation. 
- Approval and Invite - Approved applications move to the Qualified tab for final review. Once approved: - Send an invite by selecting the applicant. 
- After the invite is sent, the application status updates to Invited, and the ambassador receives a notification via email or SMS. 
 
- Rejection - Rejected applications are stored in the Rejected tab for future reference. 
Direct Invite Process
- Skip Application - Direct invites bypass the application process, allowing you to onboard ambassadors immediately. For detailed instructions on sending a Direct Invite, click here. 
- Completing the Information - Invited ambassadors fill out their basic details and respond to any custom onboarding questions defined by the brand. - Editing Required Details: To adjust onboarding fields, navigate to Account Settings → Settings → Creator Onboarding. 
 
- Sending a Direct Invite - Go to Recruiting → Ambassador Invite → + Send Invites 
- Select the desired Web Onboarding Option to send direct invitations.

- Double-check submitted information: Encourage applicants to review their detailed for errors before submitting. This minimizes delays in the review process. 
- Use custom questions strategically: Tailor application or onboarding questions to align with your brand’s goals and gather valuable insights about applicants.
