Application to Join an Ambassador Program

  1. Complete the Application Form
Ambassadors fill out a form with the following:

    • Basic Details: Email, phone number, address.

    • Additional Questions: College, social media profiles, or any other brand-specific requirements.

      • Editing Required Details: To customize the form fields, navigate to Account Settings Settings  Manage Applications.

  2. Review Stage

Submitted applications appear under the Review Applicants/Pending tab for evaluation.

  3. Approval and Invite

Approved applications move to the Qualified tab for final review. Once approved:

    • Send an invite by selecting the applicant.

    • After the invite is sent, the application status updates to Invited, and the ambassador receives a notification via email or SMS.

  4. Rejection

Rejected applications are stored in the Rejected tab for future reference.

Direct Invite Process

  1. Skip Application

Direct invites bypass the application process, allowing you to onboard ambassadors immediately. For detailed instructions on sending a Direct Invite, click here.

  2. Completing the Information

Invited ambassadors fill out their basic details and respond to any custom onboarding questions defined by the brand.

    • Editing Required Details: To adjust onboarding fields, navigate to Account Settings Settings Creator Onboarding.

  3. Sending a Direct Invite

    • Go to Recruiting Ambassador Invite + Send Invites

    • Select the desired Web Onboarding Option to send direct invitations.

Best Practices/Tips:

  • Double-check submitted information: Encourage applicants to review their detailed for errors before submitting. This minimizes delays in the review process.

  • Use custom questions strategically: Tailor application or onboarding questions to align with your brand’s goals and gather valuable insights about applicants.
