Found and click the banner "Click here to book using a Giftcard"
Fill out our Gift Card Redemption Form & Provide your gift card code and preferred booking details
Submit the form
Our team will manually process your booking and apply your gift card
You'll receive a booking confirmation email within 24-48 hours
What information you'll need:
Your gift card code
Preferred date and time for your experience
Number of attendees
Contact information (name, email, phone number)
Any special requests or requirements
Method 2: Direct Redemption (All Other Experiences)
For all other experiences not listed above, you can redeem your gift card directly during the booking process.
Steps:
Visit socialpottery.com and browse our available experiences
Select your preferred date and time
Proceed to checkout, you will always find the Coupon code field on the payment step.
Look for the "Gift Card" or "Apply Gift card" field
Enter your gift card code
Click "Apply" to redeem your gift card
Complete your booking
Or
Your gift card balance will be automatically applied to your booking total.
