Step 1:
Find the rescheduling link in the confirmation email you received for your Making Experience booking.
Step 2:
Click the link and scroll to the bottom of the page, then click the "Cancel" button.
Step 3:
Follow the on-screen instructions to cancel your current booking.
Step 4:
Choose "Gift Card" as your refund method to receive a new code for future bookings or if you want to get a refund, choose the refund option.
