Step 1:
Find the "View and manage" link in your booking confirmation email.
Step 2:
Upon clicking the link, you'll be taken to a management screen where you can do everything from printing your tickets to canceling or transferring your booking. Click on the "Transfer" option.
Step 3:
Choose "Change event" from the list of available options.
Step 4:
Select the new event you'd like to be transferred to from the provided list.
