Step 1: Log In to Eventbrite
Log in to your Eventbrite account, which is automatically created using the email address you used for ticket purchase.
Step 2: Locate Your Ticket
Go to the "Tickets" section in your Eventbrite account and select the ticket for which you want a refund.
Step 3: Request a Refund
Click the "Request a Refund" button. Fill in your details and submit your request.
Optional: Contact the Organizer
If you can't find the option to request a refund or have questions about your refund status, contact us at support@socialpottery.com
Special Case: Cancelled Events
If the event was canceled (not postponed or rescheduled) within the last 45 days and the organizer used Eventbrite Payment Processing, proceed with requesting a refund if the organizer has not responded to or has denied your initial request.
