Step 1:
Find the rescheduling link in the confirmation email you received for your Collection booking.
Step 2:
Click the link and scroll to the bottom of the page, then click the "Cancel" button.
Step 3:
Follow the on-screen instructions to cancel your current booking.
Step 4:
Now you can book again following this link https://booklondon.socialpottery.com/pickup/
