There are several ways to capture influencer stories in SocialTalk, depending on whether their accounts are connected to Socialtalk or not.
1. Connected Accounts
When an influencer connects their account to SocialTalk, their stories are captured automatically and made available within their profile or campaign.

2. Non-Connected Accounts
If the influencer hasn't connected their account, there are two ways to capture their Instagram Stories.
Option 1: Google Chrome Extension (Free)
You can capture stories manually using the SocialTalk Google Chrome Extension.

Once installed, the extension allows you to capture any stories you view directly on Instagram and upload them to the platform.
Option 2: Automatic Story Capture (Credits)
If the influencer is part of a campaign, you can enable automatic story capture directly within the campaign.
To activate it (0.1 credits per influencer, per day):
Open your campaign.
Go to Planning.
Open Social Media Settings.
Enable Story Capture for the desired influencers.
Stories will then be automatically collected throughout the campaign.
This option is ideal when you want to ensure no stories are missed, even if the influencer hasn't connected their account.
3. As a Last Resort
If the stories have already expired and were not captured automatically or via the extension, you can:
Ask the influencer to send the content directly
Manually upload the story to the platform
