Understanding Account, Content, and Visitors Performance

On SocialTalk, performance is broken down into three categories to give you a clear and structured view of your influencer or brand activity. Each type reflects different data points depending on what you're trying to analyze.

Account Performance

What it shows:
This section gives you an overview of your audience base and content output during the selected time frame.

Includes:

  • Total followers

  • New followers gained during the period

  • Number of posts published

Use it to:
Track audience growth and publishing frequency over time.

Content Performance

What it shows:
Content Performance focuses on the performance of posts that were published during the selected period only.

Includes:

  • Number of contents published

  • Estimated reach

  • Estimated impressions

  • Engagement rate by followers

  • Engagement rate by impressions

  • Engagement rate by reach

Use it to:
Evaluate the success of your latest posts and compare performance between campaigns.

Visitors Performance

What it shows:
This section tracks how users interacted with your account during the selected timeframe, regardless of when the content was posted.

Includes:

  • Visualizations (views)

  • Reach (unique viewers)

  • Interactions (likes, comments, shares, etc.)

Use it to:
Understand audience behavior and interest in your account as a whole during a given period.
