How to Create a Listener

A Listener defines what topics, keywords, or entities you want to track.

Step 1: Create a New Listener

  • Go to Listeners

  • Click Create Listener

Step 2: Define Your Search Query

Add keywords such as:

  • Brand mentions

  • Products hashtags

  • Campaign hashtags

  • Industry terms hashtags

💡 Tip: Combine hashtags and mentions for more accurate results

Step 3: Apply Filters

Refine your Listener Dashboard using:

  • Mentions

  • Hashtags

  • Source (social networks)

  • Date range

Step 4: Exclude Irrelevant Sources

Remove noise by excluding accounts.
