Granting Access to Your Agency or Manager

Learn how to grant and revoke access to your SocialTalk account for agencies or representatives. Understand the permissions they receive and the requirements needed before access can be granted.

How to Grant Access to Your Agency or Manager

If you work with an agency or representative who manages your influencer marketing activities, you can grant them access to your SocialTalk account so they can help you manage campaigns, briefings, and other day-to-day tasks.

Before you can grant access, the agency or representative must:

  • Have an active SocialTalk subscription;

  • Have your profile added to their My Influencers section within SocialTalk.

Once these requirements are met, you can grant or revoke access at any time while maintaining full control over your account.

What Happens When You Grant Access?

When you grant access to an agency or brand, you allow them to:

  • View and edit your Account Details;

  • View and edit your Payment Settings;

  • Access your briefings and accept or decline them on your behalf;

  • View your performance data in campaigns managed through SocialTalk, including campaigns run by other brands or agencies.

This feature is particularly useful when you have an agency, manager, or team supporting your influencer marketing activities.

How to Grant Access

To grant access to an agency or representative:

  1. Go to Account.

  2. Select Access.

  3. Click Grant Access.

  4. Enter the email address of the person or organization you want to grant access to.

  5. Confirm the action.

Once confirmed, the selected user will be able to access your account with the permissions described above.

How to Revoke Access

You can remove access at any time.

To revoke access:

  1. Go to Account.

  2. Select Access.

  3. Find the user whose access you want to remove.

  4. Click Remove Access.

The change takes effect immediately, and the user will no longer be able to access your account.
