Channels are connected via our Channels tab. A channel needs to be added to a Location to use the filters in SocioConnect. Locations contain a group of Channels. You can add multiple channels from different Networks (Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business, Twitter, LinkedIn) to a Location. Groups contain a group of Locations. You can filter the entire platform by Group.
