Video vs. Product Data in Viral Video Finder

Learn what each filter shows, and how to use views and product data to find trending products and content that is working

Written by Basel

Viral Video Finder lets you filter by:

  • Video performance (views) → what content is getting attention

  • Product performance (units sold, growth) → what products are generating sales

You can combine these filters to narrow down exactly what you’re looking for.

🎓 Filters explained

Views (All time / 24h / 7d)

Ranks videos by views or view growth

  • Top result = most viewed or fastest-growing video

  • Shows what content is getting attention

Use this to:

  • Find viral formats

  • Study hooks, angles, and editing styles that are working now

Product units sold (All time / 24h / 3d / 7d)

Ranks products by total sales volume

  • Top result = product selling the most in that timeframe

  • The video shown is one example linked to that product

Use this to:

  • Find products that are already selling

  • Focus on proven demand

→ ❗Tip: Tap the product to view more videos

Product sales growth % (24h / 3d / 7d)

Ranks products by how fast sales are increasing

  • Example: 3 → 28 sales = +900%

  • Reflects speed of growth, not total volume

Use this to:

  • Spot trending products early

  • Find opportunities before they peak

Date posted

Filters videos by when they were posted:

  • Last 24 hours

  • Last 3 / 7 / 14 / 30 days

  • All time

Use this to:

  • Focus on recent trends

  • Avoid outdated content

Sort by (View growth)

Sort videos based on:

  • View growth (24h or 7d)

  • Low → High or High → Low

Use this to:

  • Find videos that are currently gaining traction

GMV MAX Only

Filter to show only videos running ads (GMV MAX)

Use this to:

  • See what products are being scaled with paid traffic

  • Identify products brands are actively pushing

Category filter

Filter by product category (e.g. Beauty, Fashion, Home, etc.)

Use this to:

  • Stay focused within your niche

  • Find relevant products faster

Minimum product review score

Filter products based on review rating

Use this to:

  • Avoid low-quality products

  • Focus on products more likely to convert

Additional filters

You can further refine results with:

  • All-time views

  • Product total sold count

  • Product in stock

Use these to:

  • Control volume thresholds

  • Avoid out-of-stock products

  • Focus on scalable opportunities

Example of how you can use these filters:

  1. Start with product data (units sold or growth)

→ Find products that are trending or already selling

  2. Apply filters (category, reviews, stock)

→ Narrow down to high-quality opportunities

  3. Open the product

→ Study multiple videos and angles

  4. Use views and view growth

→ Identify content styles that are getting attention

Key points

  • Views = attention

  • Product data = sales and demand

  • When using product filters, the video shown is an example, not the top-performing video

  • Product performance reflects results across creators, ads, and regions

Summary

  • Use views to find content that is working

  • Use units sold and growth to find products that are trending

  • Combine filters to quickly narrow down high-potential opportunities
