How it works
Here's the gist:
Create your account — Just enter your email and we'll send you a one-time passcode. No passwords to remember.
Add your property — Search for your address and claim your home.
Complete your first annual checkup — Walk through your home taking photos of the exterior, rooms, and major systems. This is how we build your property profile.
Get your Soffit Score — Once your checkup is done, you'll get a score from 400 to 900 based on your home's condition.
Connect your insurance — Link your carrier to unlock potential perks and boost your score.
Stay on track with quarterly tune-ups — Four times a year, we'll walk you through seasonal maintenance tasks personalized to your home.
Creating your account
Tap "Get Started" and enter your email. We'll send a one-time code to your inbox — enter it in the app and you're in. That's it. Every time you log in, we'll send a fresh code instead of making you deal with passwords.
