Important Information About Automatic Billing
Drivemob will automatically email you an invoice 5 days before your scheduled due date. You do not need to log in or manually pay this invoice, as your subscription is set to renew automatically.
Your payment will be processed 2 days before your scheduled due date. This helps ensure your service remains active without any interruptions or downtime.
Example of How Billing Works
If your scheduled due date is the 15th of each month:
October 10th: You receive an automated invoice by email.
October 13th: Your payment is automatically processed, and your subscription renews.
November 13th: Your next automatic payment is processed.
December 13th: Your subscription renews again automatically.
Important Reminder
Although your official due date may be the 15th, your payment will actually be processed on the 13th each month.
For easier budgeting and recordkeeping, we recommend treating the 13th as your actual billing date, since this is when funds must be available in your payment account.
No action is required on your part. As long as your payment method is valid and sufficient funds are available, Drivemob will handle your renewals automatically to help keep your service running without interruption.
