Sohnne proudly offers a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for customers worldwide. This policy gives customers the flexibility to try out their furniture at home, ensuring peace of mind before making a long-term commitment.

While most customers are satisfied with their purchase, this policy ensures that you can return your product if it does not meet your expectations.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 60 days from the delivery date.

Return Conditions & Documentation Requirements

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

Return Eligibility Criteria:

  • The item must be new, unused, and in its original, undamaged packaging.

  • The item must be returned within 7 days after a Return Authorization (RA) number is issued.

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Items that are scratched, stained, assembled, altered, or damaged in any way.

  • Items returned without the original packaging.

  • Returns submitted without complete documentation.

Required Documentation for Return Approval:

  • Unboxing video (mandatory for claims involving product damage or missing parts).

  • Current photos of the product showing its present condition.

  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or invoice.

  • Shipping confirmation (if applicable).

We use the unboxing video to verify whether any issues occurred during delivery or afterward. Submissions without an unboxing video for damage or missing parts claims may result in denial of the return.

Return Process Timeline:

  • All returns will be reviewed and inspected by our team.

  • The inspection process may take 5-7 business days to complete.

  • Once completed, our team will reach out to confirm the approval status and next steps.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers will be responsible for return shipping unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
