Providing an accurate and complete delivery address is essential for smooth, timely, and successful delivery. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays, returns, or additional charges.
Before placing your order:
Always verify your full delivery address, including apartment numbers, ZIP codes, and any special instructions.
An incorrect or partial address may prevent successful delivery and result in delays.
After your order is confirmed:
Once the order is processed for shipment or dispatched, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.
If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

Rescheduling & Delivery Service Modifications
If you need to reschedule your delivery or upgrade your delivery service (e.g., from Standard Shipping to Full Service Delivery), you can make changes through our Order Management system:

Enter your confirmation code (available on your receipt) and billing ZIP code.
Follow the guided steps to update your delivery date, delivery service type, or contact information (if needed).

Important Rescheduling Policies
To ensure successful adjustments and avoid rescheduling fees, please review the following policies:
Rescheduling Fees: If your delivery is rescheduled outside the designated time frames, additional charges may apply. This includes re-delivery fees.
Timely Changes: All rescheduling requests should be submitted within 48 hours of your purchase to avoid additional fees.
Address Changes Across States: If your delivery location is updated to a different state, we require notice at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date.
All modifications must be made via email or phone to ensure accuracy. Once the changes are confirmed, you will receive a notification email with your updated delivery information.

Changing your address after your order has been confirmed may cause delays in delivery. These adjustments often require extra coordination and routing updates with our logistics partners.
