For deliveries to apartment buildings or multi-story residences, please be aware that any additional fees required by building management to transport items from the ground floor to your unit or floor are not covered by Sohnne. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

If you decline to pay these fees, the package will be delivered to a location specified by building management, typically on the ground floor or lobby, for you to pick up.
