At Sohnne, we strive to ensure your delivery experience is smooth and stress-free. If you live in an apartment or a multi-story building, there may be additional delivery procedures to be aware of.

Please note: Any extra fees charged by building management for bringing items from the ground floor to your unit or floor are not covered by Sohnne. These costs, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.

If you choose not to cover these additional charges, your package will be delivered to the designated drop-off location provided by your building management—usually in the lobby or ground floor area.

No. Any extra fees required by your building management to deliver items to your specific floor or unit are not included in Sohnne’s shipping cost. These fees must be arranged and paid by the customer directly.

If you decline to pay the added charges from your building:

  • The delivery team will leave your package at a designated location, such as the lobby or mailroom

  • You can collect your item from that location at a time that works for you

Sohnne does not have access to your building’s delivery fee policy. We recommend checking with your building management before placing your order to understand any potential additional charges.
