Measuring for delivery
Before placing your order, confirm that your space can accommodate the furniture. This step helps avoid delays and ensures a successful delivery.

Can the delivery truck access your road or driveway?
Will the product fit through all exterior and interior doorways?
Is your hallway wide enough to accommodate the furniture?
Will the furniture fit up your stairwell or through the elevator?
Is your room clear and ready to receive the item?
Important Measurements to Consider
Measure the following areas to ensure smooth access:
Exterior doorway height and width
Clearance behind doors and to opposite walls
Staircase corners and any curved turns
Ceiling height or stairwell overhangs
Low-hanging light fixtures
Elevator interior space and doorway size (if applicable)
For second-story or higher: Make sure each furniture piece is under 88” wide or 96” diagonally.

Important Notes
Some building managers may charge additional fees for carrying large items above ground level. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
If these fees are not covered in advance, your item may be left at the lobby or designated delivery zone per building policy
