We want to ensure your new furniture arrives safely and without complications. This guide will help you prepare for a seamless delivery—whether you live in a house, apartment, or high-rise building.

1. Measuring for Delivery

Before placing your order, confirm that your furniture can be delivered into your space without issue. This helps avoid delays or failed deliveries.

Quick Fit Questions:

  • Can the delivery truck access your street or driveway?

  • Will the furniture fit through all exterior and interior doorways?

  • Is your hallway wide enough to accommodate the furniture?

  • Will it fit up the stairwell or inside the elevator?

  • Is the room ready to receive the furniture?

Key Measurements to Check:

  • Exterior doorway height and width.

  • Clearance behind doors and to opposite walls.

  • Staircase turns, corners, or curved sections.

  • Ceiling height and stairwell overhangs.

  • Low-hanging fixtures or railings.

  • Elevator interior dimensions and doorway size.

Tip: Compare the packaging dimensions listed on the product page with your home’s access points before ordering.

2. What to Do Before Delivery

Verify Measurements

Ensure the furniture can pass through entryways, staircases, and elevators to avoid access issues.

Inform Us About Special Requirements

If your location has limited truck access, gate codes, or requires a freight elevator, inform us in advance to prevent failed deliveries or extra fees.
