Before placing an order, ensure that your furniture can be successfully delivered by considering the following measurements and potential obstructions.

Important Measurements to Consider
Exterior & front doorway height
Exterior & front doorway width (clearance to opposite wall)
Staircase corner width & clearance (especially if curved)
Low-hanging light fixtures
Interior doorway width & clearance to opposite wall
Stairwell overhang/ceiling height
For apartments or buildings with elevators, measure:
Elevator interior height & width
Elevator doorway height & width
📌 For homes on the second floor or higher: Ensure that each furniture piece is less than 88” in width or 96” diagonally to fit through your entry.

What You Need to Do Before Delivery:
✅ Verify Measurements: Ensure that the product and packaging dimensions fit through your home’s entry points. Refer to our Measuring for Delivery Guide.
✅ Special Delivery Requirements: If your location has restricted truck access, gate codes, or requires a freight elevator, inform us in advance to prevent delays.
✅ Scheduling & Confirmation:
You will be contacted via text or email 1-2 business days in advance to schedule delivery.
48 hours before delivery, you’ll receive a 3-hour delivery window reminder.
Apartment & Multi-Story Building Deliveries
📌 Important Notes:
If your building management charges extra fees for moving items above ground level, those fees are the customer’s responsibility.
If additional fees are not paid, the package will be delivered to the designated drop-off area as per the building’s policy.
Need to Reschedule or Change Delivery Details?
If you need to make changes to your delivery, you must contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled date to avoid delays.
